I am the proud mother of a son who is an electrical engineer in the Denver, CO area and a daughter who is a fashion designer with a swimwear company in New York.

I wake up every morning feeling passionate about who I am and what I am doing to make a difference in this world. I am a multi-faceted entrepreneur who loves coaching women going through life transitions. Whether it be new mothers, divorce, empty nesters or the loss of a loved one, I assist you in discovering the place within yourself that is your authentic core and then live life truly loving, honoring and respecting who you are and creating your dream life.

As a Reiki Master, Qigong Master II Instructor and Elemental Energy healer, I work with you in releasing the energetic blocks between body/mind/spirit so that you are energetically aligned and in harmony with what you want to attract into your life.

I also work with individuals and small business owners in growing their business through appreciation marketing.
