My Story

by Nicole (nicole) - 9 months ago

I recently shared my story on my blog through this post, 'The Transformative Power of Writing.' You can copy and paste the link here into your browser- http://www.nicolerushin.com/the-transformative-power-of-writing/

When I was first married I believe I needed the calm, pragmatic and steady nature of my husband, but it was only two years into the marriage that I felt a disconnection between the two of us.

We were married twelve years. You can read the story of our stressful last year together and my final departure in the link above.

The idea of the wedding dress and being married no longer fit me...my life was always more suited to blue jeans and flip flops. The joy that resides in following our truth is a joy like no other.

Peace of the 'I' to you...
